Hi, we at SplitMetrics are looking for the Head of Sales to join and manage the SearchAdsHQ team (5 Account Executives and 1 SDR). SearchAdsHQ.com, an official Apple Search Ads Partner, is one of the leading platforms for Apple Search Ads campaign optimization and automation.

Main focus of this position is to provide leadership over the sales department, altogether achieve target goals and enhance current business operations. You will be driving changes in the processes and implementing strategies that will help you expand our customer base.

Requirements and expectations:

We need a person with a combination of soft and hard skills. We expect you will follow the latest trends and will select the best tech stack to ensure our potential customers are well taken care of, and the team is engaged and motivated.

  • 5+ years of Sales leadership experience and demonstrated track record of success in meeting revenue and growth targets Deep understanding and work experience within the mobile advertising landscapeEstablished professional network
  • Proven record of building a successful sales strategy, sales processes and sales funnel optimization
  • Great leader: ability to influence and collaborate with both internal team members and external partners.
  • Data-driven, analytical approach
  • Proficient with GSuite, Solution Selling and Hubspot (or similar CRM)
  • Client-first mindset
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Prioritization and planning skills
  • Conflict prevention and resolution skills
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Flexibility
  • Excel knowledge
  • Fluent English and Russian; other languages are a plus.

In this role you will:

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and Execute ambitious business plans, set up strategy for new client acquisition streams
  • Collaborate with the Product, Customer Successand Development teams to deliver a flawless customer experience
  • Generate ideas and opportunities for SplitMetrics to improve product and services for our clients, in line with the company’s strategy and business plans
  • Mentor and coach team os sales executives, participate clients calls, run training activities
  • Monitor and analyze current performance, continually implement optimisation strategies
  • Collaborate with Marketing team on deploying programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to meet their targets
  • Own sales operations, including monthly/quarterly planning, OKRs, tools and CRM
