— Well-versed in research (direct search, competitive intelligence) and candidate sources (going beyond the traditional job boards/LinkedIn);
— Ability to prioritize tasks, wear several hats at the same time, and work with tight deadlines;
— Structured and analytical mindset;
— Actual upper-intermediate English (ability to articulate in both written and verbal form).
