As the GenAI Product lead at Sphere Partners, you will be at the helm of our AI solutions development and strategy. Your mission is to drive the creation of AI solutions for clients that address real-world challenges and opportunities. You will be the bridge between our clients’ needs and our technical teams, ensuring that we build AI solutions that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI product strategy aligned with Sphere Partners’ vision, market trends, and client needs;
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their AI requirements, pain points, and aspirations;
  • Product Roadmap: Create and manage the AI product roadmap, defining feature priorities and timelines in collaboration with the development team;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to bring AI products from concept to reality;
  • Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitor products to ensure our offerings remain competitive and innovative;
  • User-Centric Design: Ensure AI products are designed with a user-centric approach, emphasizing usability and customer satisfaction;
  • Product Launch: Lead successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns;
  • Performance Analysis: Establish metrics and key performance indicators to track product success and user satisfaction.

Professional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in gathering customer requirements and feedback for problem understanding;
  • Ability to design high-level solutions and package services to meet customer needs;
  • Skill in prioritizing solutions based on customer value and competence in risk management for product development;
  • Experience in outstaffing and product companies, with a focus on implementing AI/ML products;
  • Background in AI/ML to understand technology capabilities and limitations without the need for coding;
  • GenAI experience, including knowledge of frameworks, platforms, and the latest research;
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and sales tactics in the GenAI industry, along with a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, trends, and emerging opportunities across various industries. The ability to make data-driven decisions based on market dynamics;
  • Previous experience in sales engagement with business customers;
  • Experience in Project management, including the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
