Now we are looking for a Data Scientist and AI specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and objectives;
• Translate business requirements into well-defined data science and AI use cases with quantifiable outcomes;
• Apply machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems, delivering tangible results;
• Develop data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making;
• Develop frameworks to articulate technical requirements and estimate efforts for data engineering projects;
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data science and AI projects, ensuring successful implementation;
• Manipulate and preprocess data for analysis, identifying patterns and trends through statistical analysis;
• Develop and refine machine learning models, employing supervised and unsupervised learning techniques;
• Transform raw data into meaningful features that enhance model performance;
• Select and extract relevant information to improve the predictive power of machine learning models;
• Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders;
• Create visual representations that highlight patterns, trends, and actionable insights;
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for data analysis and model development.

Requirements:

• Experience with programming languages like Python, R, or similar languages;
• Experience in machine learning, data science and AI technologies;
• Experience in data science and AI algorithms and in practical use of the same in solving various business use cases with quantified outcome (must have);
• Experience in creating meaningful features from raw data (critical skill);Experience in articulation and estimation frameworks for all areas of data engineering;
• Experience in consulting and delivery areas for data governance;
• Experience with data manipulation, statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and model development;
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare, Energy and other verticals;
• Experience in Customer, HR, Finance and supply chain analytics;
• Experience in creating whitepapers, blogs (speaking experience at C level events, webinars.
