Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct employee onboarding process;
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees;
Take part in the annual performance review cycle;
Work with montly HR-budgeting;
Improve Company’s HR brand;
Work with employees on their career growth and personal improvement, identifying and anticipating conflicts, resolving difficult situations;
Organizing happy hours, team-building activities, conferences, and corporate events and other administrative duties as assigned;
Office-management (a little bit).
Requirements:
6 months+ of experience in HR role will be a plus, but we are ready to work with candidates without experience;
Graduated from HR-courses (will be a plus);
Ability to handle employee relations and potential issues;
Ability to work efficiently in a distributed team setting;
Ability to prioritize and excel in a challenging environment;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least Intermediate English;
