Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
— Be responsible for external vendor relations including rate negotiations;
— Explore potential vendor channels, ensure initial vendor reliability, conduct vendor’s reference check;
— Maintain and constantly expand the database of reliable vendors;
— Handle necessary communication upon recruiting process stages;
— Schedule meetings between different parties of the process;
— Maintain vendors database in Applicant Tracking System;
— Assist Operations Director and recruiting team in miscellaneous administrative tasks;
— Prepare potential candidates profiles according to company’s template.
Requirements:
— Experience in related tasks administration role (5+);
— Experience in Healthcare, Banking, Retail or IT domain;
— Experience with Google Cloud Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations) (required);
— Written and spoken English.
