Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
— Act as the first point of escalation if something breaks and if the engineer can’t fix it;
— Escalate issues to Adobe Experience and MuleSoft teams and send to them data;
— Ensure things run smoothly and issues get remedied appropriately.
— Experience in a support level role (4+);
— Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (preferred);
— Experience with MS Azure;
— Experience with MuleSoft API (preferred);
— Experience with ADF pipelines for data transfer (preferred);
— Experience with Cobalt, Tandem (preferred);
— Written and spoken English.
