At Sphere, we offer staff augmentation services, end-to-end technology solutions, and enterprise applications through onsite and remote world-class teams. Now we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team.
Location: Remotely
Type: Hire
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
— Qualify candidates for technical openings within Eastern Europe/US/Latin America and other locations;
— Work with sourcers to ensure active pipelines;
— Maintain applicant tracking system;
— Collaborate with internal stakeholders of recruiting process;
— Meet KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements:
— Experience in Technical Recruiting (3+);
— Experience in staffing environment;
— Experience in in-house recruitment (preferred);
— Written and spoken English.
