— Experience in development and implementation of HR processes and best practices;

— Conduct employee onboarding process;
— Advise management on company policy, employee relations and performance management issues;
— Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees;
— Facilitate the annual performance review cycle;
— Work with HR-budgeting;
— Take initiative to propose and implement ongoing improvements to the Company’s HR brand and HR processes or adapt and implement new processes created at corporate level in a local setting ;
— Work with employees on their career growth and personal improvement, identifying and anticipating conflicts, resolving difficult situations;
— Organizing happy hours, team-building activities, conferences, and corporate events and other administrative duties as assigned.
