Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
— Resetting passwords
— Troubleshooting login issues
— Answering client questions / slack channels
— Assigning tickets / acting as gate keeper / track and ticket questions
— Use Jira/Zen Desk for tracking tickets
— Understanding basics of how web API’s work
— Manual creation of wires
— Creative access but not approval access to que up wires for approval
— Treasury movements within ledger and/or banking
— Transfer movements — move money between accounts
Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience with customer-facing support
— Excellent level of English
