— 2+ years of experience in HR-related roles;
— Ability to handle employee relations and potential issues;
— Ability to work efficiently in a distributed team setting;
— Good administrative skills and time management;
— Upper-Intermediate English (advanced is preferred);
— Professional conduct, common sense, and diplomacy;
— A degree in either social or economic studies is preferred;
— Finance/economics background is a plus to help manage budget and invoicing for on-site and remote — employee population.
