• AI Operations — turning AI into real workflows that move the business forward.

Key qualities we’re looking for in every department:

• Startup personality — for us, that means flexibility, proactiveness, and creativity
• Strong English skills — Upper-Intermediate level required
• Critical thinking — the ability to ask the right questions, not just execute tasks
• Communication skills — clear, concise, and respectful
• Eagerness to develop new skills — we’ll teach, but you have to want to learn

A technical background or education would be a plus.
