Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset, helping businesses optimize their spending on SaaS, cloud services, and corporate cards. We work with resellers and B2B clients across multiple markets — and as we grow, so does the operational load that keeps our customers happy.

We’re looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to be the day-to-day backbone for our existing client base. You’ll own the operational side of post-sales — fielding requests across email, chat, and support tools, managing vendor cases on clients’ behalf, and making sure issues get resolved quickly and cleanly. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success team so they can stay focused on growth while you keep things running smoothly :)

What you’ll do

  • Be the first point of contact for B2B client requests coming in via email, chat, and ticketing systems — triage fast, process accurately
  • Handle day-to-day operational requests: license changes, provisioning, billing questions, configuration help
  • Open, manage, and drive vendor support cases on behalf of clients — owning the ticket end-to-end across multiple SaaS vendors
  • Track SLAs, follow up on stalled issues, and keep clients proactively informed throughout
  • Maintain accurate records of client environments, entitlements, and support history in the CRM
  • Spot recurring issues and feed insights back to the Customer Success team

What we’re looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing B2B role — customer support, operations, account management, or similar
  • You’ve handled high volumes of inbound requests across email, chat, and helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar)
  • Strong written communication — clear, professional, and to the point
  • Organized by nature: you track what’s open, follow up without being asked, and close the loop
  • Comfortable juggling multiple clients and priorities without losing the thread

Nice to have

  • Experience in a reseller, MSP, or SaaS support environment
  • Familiarity with SaaS vendor ecosystems and software licensing
