AI Operator

Spendbase is expanding the use of AI across different departments to improve internal workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and increase operational efficiency.

We are looking for an AI Operator who will work closely with business teams to understand how processes function today and help introduce AI-powered solutions to improve them. This is a business-oriented role focused on applying AI tools in practical, day-to-day operations rather than building AI systems from scratch.

You will collaborate with different departments to identify opportunities for automation, implement AI workflows, and ensure teams are effectively using AI tools in their daily work.

What you’ll do:

• Learn and understand how internal processes work across different departments
• Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities where AI tools can improve efficiency
• Implement and manage AI-assisted workflows to support business operations
• Work with existing internal systems and tools to integrate AI into daily processes
• Collaborate with teams to understand operational challenges and propose AI-based solutions
• Test and experiment with AI tools to improve workflows and productivity
• Document processes and create guidelines for teams using AI-powered workflows
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented automations and continuously optimize them

• Comfortable working with digital tools and internal systems

• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI-powered workflows
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar LLM tools
• Experience with workflow or automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
• Background in operations, business analysis, project management, or process optimization
