Junior IT Ops & Automation

Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset, helping businesses optimize their spending on SaaS, cloud services, and corporate cards.

Now we’re looking for a Junior IT Ops & Automation specialist — someone who’d rather spend a day building a workflow than a week doing the same thing manually

What you’ll do

• Build workflows using no-code/low-code tools
• Research and implement AI tools that save time across teams

• Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
• Maintain device and software inventory
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal users
• Ensure IT processes follow security standards

• Write and maintain internal guides and process descriptions

What we’re looking for

• Interest in AI tools and automation — you follow what’s happening in the space
• Basic technical literacy: SaaS tools, APIs, how workflows connect
• Fast learner, problem-solver, works independently
• Education in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Upper-Intermediate English — must
• Willingness to work from our Kyiv office (hybrid format possible)

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with any automation platform

• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, or Jira
• Experience with AI tools like Claude, or similar in a workflow context
