We are on a mission to redefine financial operations for modern enterprises — and we’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Growth Marketer to accelerate our growth across global markets.
As a Growth Marketer at Spendbase, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, lead generation, and product-led growth (PLG) for our new product. You will own the end-to-end growth strategy — from experimentation and performance tracking to scaling successful initiatives. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in startup environments and is motivated by aggressive growth targets.
What you’ll do:
- Drive user acquisition and lead generation strategies for Spendbase’s new product
- Own and execute growth initiatives across multiple channels (paid, organic, partnerships, etc.)
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing) to align on growth objectives
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels, PLG funnels, tracking performance metrics, and ROI
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches
- Communicate growth strategy and results to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Test, iterate, and scale winning tactics to hit aggressive growth targets
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation (B2B SaaS or Fintech)
- Proven track record of driving measurable user acquisition and revenue growth
- Hands-on experience with finance tools, payments, or financial software products
- Strong background in B2B lead generation and conversion optimization
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to executives and external partners
- Self-starter with an ownership mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Extroverted personality with strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage ambiguity
- Experience launching or scaling new products is a strong advantage
