Junior-Middle SDR (Chargebase) (вакансія неактивна)

Chargebase is a new product by Spendbase focused on smarter chargeback prevention and reduction. We help businesses protect their revenue, reduce disputes, and gain better control over payment-related risks.

We’re growing the Chargebase sales team and looking for a Junior-Middle Sales Development Representative who enjoys outbound sales, isn’t afraid of rejection, and is curious about how businesses actually work.

What you’ll do:

  • Research target accounts and identify ideal customer profiles
  • Generate new leads via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, calls)
  • Start conversations with potential customers and qualify their needs
  • Book discovery calls and demos for Sales Executives
  • Keep CRM clean and up to date (leads, activities, follow-ups)
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach messaging
  • Continuously learn about the Chargebase product, competitors, and market trends

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or another sales-related role
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2+)
  • Proactive personality and genuine curiosity about customers’ problems
  • Comfortable with rejection and able to stay positive and consistent
  • Organized, able to manage your own pipeline and daily tasks
  • Familiar with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and basic CRM tools (or ready to learn fast)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Cold calling experience
  • Understanding of payments, chargebacks, or e-commerce businesses
  • Experience working in a startup environment
