Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset, helping businesses optimize their spending on SaaS, cloud services, and corporate cards.

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Trainee to join our team. In this role, you’ll support AWS operational processes, track client benefits and discounts, and work with checklists, spreadsheets, and partner tools to keep everything accurate and on time.

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate English is a must
• Basic Spreadsheets knowledge
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn new tools and processes

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS Partner processes, AWS Console or AWS tools.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor AWS client accounts to ensure each receives the correct benefits in form of AWS Discounts
• Consult customers in general on AWS Discounts and Credits program when needed.
• Keep accurate records using spreadsheets and internal trackers
• Submit clients to AWS partner programs using pre-written step-by-step playbooks
• Work with checklists and templates to complete monthly tasks with precision
• Keep track of deadlines, respond to partner portal forms, and update internal stakeholders
• Clearly document any delays or missing steps in the partner process
• Additional tasks may come up and should be handled accordingly.
