Our team needs a Lead Researcher for the sales department, who has a startup personality and is flexible, proactive, and creative. Are you our perfect match?
What we’re looking for:
- Upper-Intermediate English level is a must
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a results-driven environment
- Strong skills in collecting, organizing, analyze big volumes of data
- Being result-oriented, proactive, hard-working, attentive, and responsible
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in lead generation/prospecting
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and multiple specialized tools (e.g. Apollo, Phantom Buster, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, etc.)
What you’ll do:
- Search new leads according to the company’s ICP criteria
- Qualify high volumes of prospects
- Collect and maintain prospect information in the CRM database, structure the documentation.
- Perform other sales-related tasks by request
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
