Sales Operations Specialist (HubSpot) (вакансія неактивна)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to own our HubSpot CRM and sales reporting functions. In this critical role, you will be the go-to expert for all things HubSpot, responsible for ensuring our data is accurate, our sales processes are efficient, and our teams have the reporting they need to make smart decisions.

You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to adapt and configure HubSpot to our evolving business needs. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who is passionate about data integrity and using technology to support a high-performing sales organization.


Key Resposibilities

1. HubSpot Administration & Optimization:

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the HubSpot platform (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, etc.).
  • Customize and configure HubSpot objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, and automation rules to support and improve business processes for sales, marketing, and service teams.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure all team members have the appropriate access.
  • Provide day-to-day support and technical troubleshooting for all HubSpot users.
  • Manage and maintain the health of our HubSpot database, including data imports, list segmentation, and integrations with other tools.

2. Data & Reporting:

  • Design, build, and maintain essential reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline health, sales team activity, conversion rates, and forecasting.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices (e.g., “how we log a call,” “when a deal stage moves”).
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to sales leadership and other key stakeholders.

3. Operations & Enablement:

  • Act as a key partner to the sales team, understanding their challenges and identifying opportunities for process improvements within HubSpot.
  • Assist in training new and existing team members on HubSpot best practices, new features, and established sales processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure a smooth lead handoff process and accurate marketing attribution.
  • Help document all sales operations processes and HubSpot configurations.


Qualifications & Skills

Must-Haves:

  • HubSpot certifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot Administrator, Sales Operations Specialist, or a similar role.
  • Deep expertise in the HubSpot platform, especially Sales Hub, reporting tools, and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to build reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy and cleanliness.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with diverse teams (from VPs to new sales reps).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with multi-product funnels
  • A strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or tech environment.
