Spendbase helps companies control their spending on SaaS, cloud, and corporate cards. We’re scaling fast across Europe and LATAM and need someone who can keep our pipeline sharp, targeted, and full of the right companies.
We’re looking for a hands-on Leads Researcher who knows how to find high-intent accounts, identify the real decision-makers, and deliver clean, accurate lists that fuel outbound.
What you’ll do:
- Find and qualify companies that match our ICP
- Research decision-makers and buying signals across LinkedIn, websites, and tools
- Enrich and clean lead lists for SDRs and AEs
- Spot new segments and patterns worth testing
- Keep data organized in our CRM and deliver consistent batches of leads
- Work closely with SDRs to understand what converts and adjust targeting
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in B2B lead research, sourcing, or outbound support
- Strong skills with LinkedIn, Apollo/Snov, Crunchbase, etc.
- Ability to judge if a company fits based on size, industry, product, and spend
- Detail-oriented, fast, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in SaaS/tech
- Understanding of ICPs and outbound funnels
- Experience with multi-market research (EU/US/LATAM)
