Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset dedicated to helping businesses optimize their spend with procurement, accounts payable, and virtual cards.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our finance team who will manage our invoicing processes, vendor payments, and client financial communications while ensuring accuracy across all financial operations.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in finance operations or a similar role
- Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must
- Proficiency with financial systems and invoicing processes
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
- Experience with cloud service invoicing preferred
- Location: Kyiv, Ukraine (on-site)
What you’ll do:
- Manage invoicing, payroll, and vendor payments
- Managing invoices and client communication
- Allocate banking transactions across multiple dimensions
- Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with providers
- Liaise with accounting team on documentation needs
- Create financial process tutorials and documentation
