Who We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience required, but a strong interest in the Human Resources direction is a must
• English skills (B2+)
• Professional communication and organisational skills
• Creativity, proactiveness, and a people-first mindset
• Willingness for ownership of tasks
• Responsible attitude to handle confidential information

Will be a strong advantage:

• The background or education in law
• Previous internship experience in IT companies or startups

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain military records and ensure regulatory compliance (with full training provided from our side)
• Assist with employee documentation
• Provide administrative support for HR processes, including onboarding
• Plan and execute corporate events, team building activities, and community initiatives
• Support office management
• Collaborate with the HR and Security teams, helping ensure smooth internal processes
