What you’ll do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to making offers
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates
• Track key hiring metrics and look for ways to improve them
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates
• Help improve and streamline our recruitment processes

Must-have:

• Experience scaling teams in fast-growing environments
• Strong analytical skills and experience with recruiting metrics
• English proficiency at the B2-C1 level
• Track record of improving time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
