As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Legal to lead our legal function, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the legal department and oversee legal operations.
• Ensure compliance with fintech regulations, corporate governance, and risk management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, and partnerships.
• Develop legal policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in fintech operations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and adapt company policies accordingly.
• Provide legal training on compliance and risk management.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage external counsel.
• Support fundraising, investments, and financial transactions.
• Work closely with compliance, finance, and product teams to align legal frameworks with business operations.

Requirements:

• A degree in law from a Ukrainian or foreign university.
• Fluent English
• Proven leadership experience in managing legal teams.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Action-oriented, well-organized, self-starter.
