Our team needs a person, who has a startup personality and is flexible, proactive, and creative. We will grow fast together :)

Required Skills:

  • Upper-Intermediate English is a must
  • Critical thinking is a must (any tech background will help)
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong desire to learn new skills and gain knowledge
  • Meticulous attention to details

It will be a plus

  • Understanding of high-level software-related concepts
  • Knowledge of the latest software development processes
  • Courses in B2B Sales, QA, PM and BA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finish sales and support courses to gain knowledge and upgrade your skills
  • On-boarding of new clients, working with warm leads to convert them to clients
  • Understand the clients, feel their true pains, and find the way how we can really help
  • Maintain and benefit from the well-established workflow (prioritization, automation, CRM, smart KPIs)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Close deals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Break and improve the process when necessary, and simply be your best self! ;)
