What you’ll do:
- Cultivate strong relationships with our customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Own the customer journey, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Leverage data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and lead a team of customer success representatives.
- Stay up-to-date on product features and enhancements to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management positions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM and customer success tools such as HubSpot.
