What you’ll do:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with our customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Own the customer journey, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and lead a team of customer success representatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on product features and enhancements to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management positions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools such as HubSpot.
