From vendor negotiations to SaaS operations, our philosophy is plain and simple: maximize the return on the software you already own. Get the best software deals, increase adoption of your current stack, take control of your renewals, and more.

Our team needs a person, who has a startup personality and is flexible, proactive, and creative. We will grow fast together :)

Required Skills:

● Upper-Intermediate English is a must
● Critical thinking is a must (any tech background will help)
● Superb interpersonal and communication skills
● Strong desire to learn new skills and gain knowledge
● Meticulous attention to details

It will be a plus

● Understanding of high-level software-related concepts
● Knowledge of the latest software development processes
● Courses in B2B Sales, QA, PM and BA

Key Responsibilities:

● Finish sales and support courses to gain knowledge and upgrade your skills
● On-boarding of new clients, working with warm leads to convert them to clients
● Understand the clients, feel their true pains, and find the way how we can really help
● Maintain and benefit from the well-established workflow (prioritization, automation, CRM, smart KPIs)
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
● Close deals and negotiate contracts with clients.
● Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
● Break and improve the process when necessary, and simply be your best self! ;)
