What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth goals to expand our operations to the EMEA, LATAM, US, and CA regions.
- Manage, recruit, onboard, and develop a rockstar sales team that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead the sales process globally, identify and qualify leads, and secure deals with key decision-makers.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and optimize our sales funnel for maximum efficiency.
- Be passionate about our product and articulate its value proposition to potential customers.
- Partner seamlessly with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned B2B sales professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-growth tech environment (fintech is a plus!).
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- A strong strategic mind with the ability to develop and execute winning sales plans.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and coach a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- A data-driven problem solver who thrives on using data to optimize sales performance.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving ambitious goals.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
