Spendbase is a rapidly growing Ukrainian fintech startup on a mission to revolutionize how companies optimize spending on SaaS, cloud, and corporate cards. We’re a passionate team building a game-changing AI-powered platform and looking for a Head of Sales to lead our charge to the top.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth goals to expand our operations to the EMEA, LATAM, US, and CA regions.
  • Manage, recruit, onboard, and develop a rockstar sales team that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead the sales process globally, identify and qualify leads, and secure deals with key decision-makers.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and optimize our sales funnel for maximum efficiency.
  • Be passionate about our product and articulate its value proposition to potential customers.
  • Partner seamlessly with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned B2B sales professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-growth tech environment (fintech is a plus!).
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • A strong strategic mind with the ability to develop and execute winning sales plans.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and coach a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • A data-driven problem solver who thrives on using data to optimize sales performance.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving ambitious goals.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
