We are on the lookout for Junior Email Deliverability Specialist who fits the following profile:

Required Skills:

• Experience working on an email provider support position or a similar role from 6 months or willingness to learn;
• Experience resolving and understanding various email deliverability issues;
• Experience working with various anti-spam technologies;
• Great written and spoken English (at least upper-intermediate);
• Good communication skills and stress resistance;
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and resolving various email deliverability issues;
• Analysing deliverability cases;
• Assisting with mailbox warm-ups, DNS settings optimization, and bounce logs;
• Mailbox monitoring
