Our team needs a full-time Sales Development Representative who has a startup personality and is ready to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships! Are you our perfect match?

Required Skills:

  • Upper-intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)
  • Sales is your superpower!
  • At least 1 year of professional experience working with business projects in a similar position
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills to deliver proposals
  • Brilliant relationship builder with effective negotiating skills
  • Excellent aptitude for handling negative responses and determination to resolve and find solutions for prospective clients
  • Proactive, innovative, and highly organized
  • Self-development, initiative-taking
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads via social selling (LinkedIn, x.com, Reddit, Slack Channels etc.)
  • Creating email campaigns using automated platforms: Reply.io, Woodpecker.io, and others
  • Determine lead suitability based on needs, budget, and timeline
  • Schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to provide valuable insights and feedback on lead quality and conversion rates
  • Engage and educate leads to keep them interested
  • Maintain and benefit from the well-established workflow (prioritization, automation, CRM, smart KPIs)
  • Break and improve the process when it is necessary, and simply be your best self! ;)
