Our team needs a Customer Success Manager with a startup personality who is flexible, proactive, and creative. We will grow fast together :) Are you our perfect match?

Required Skills:

  • Upper-intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)
  • At least 1 of professional experience preferably in startups or product companies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, innovative, and highly organized to connect and work with various stakeholders
  • Curiosity with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Experience with CRM, Task management software, and spreadsheets
  • Experience in prioritizing, making decisions, and performing effectively in high-pressure situations

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and articulate key industry and product best practices
  • Become an expert in Product and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products
  • Work closely with tech products
  • Drive growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and renewals
  • Achieve monthly KPI
  • Align customer needs with product functionalities for optimal outcomes
  • Collect data and monitor metrics to improve current processes
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
  • Break and improve the process when it is necessary, and simply be your best self! ;)
