Our team needs a Certification Specialist with a startup personality who is flexible, proactive, and creative. If you’re passionate about supporting an organization’s training and development initiatives, focusing on managing certificates then you can be our perfect match!

Required Skills:

• Upper-intermediate English is a must. We are happy if you are Advanced!
• Critical thinking is a must (any tech background will help)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take the initiative and be resourceful in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong desire to learn new skills and gain knowledge.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Technical background will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Search and certify developers for AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
• Provide certifications transparency, and create documents or tutorials when needed.
• Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to identify and assess business unit learning needs.
• Manage training certificates, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with experts to ensure learning content meets certification standards.
• Create certification preparation materials adhering to industry standards.
• Analyze certification exam data and recommend improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging learning technologies and methodologies, particularly those relevant to certification preparation and delivery.
• Break and improve the process when it is necessary, and simply be your best self! ;)
