Our client is an international product-based IT company with 350+ people on boat specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.

Location: Europe, remote

📚 Your qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience as a Recruiter/TA specialist in IT sphere
  • Ability to drive the full cycle recruitment process, solid understanding of technical terminology
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Proficiency in a diverse sourcing toolkit and recruiting technologies
  • Wide networking and good understanding of the local IT community
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business correspondence skills
  • Ability to work independently on a variety of concurrent projects in a time-sensitive environment

➕ Nice to have:

  • Experience of working in the iGaming industry
  • Assessment skills include competency-based interviews, biographical interviews, case interviews, and more

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

  • Provide full recruitment cycle for internal product teams (technical & non-tecnical roles from junior to C-level).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
