Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry.
Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.

We are seeking a Financial Controller to ensure financial integrity and optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough accounting and analysis of personnel expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and implement strategies to optimize personnel costs.
• Manage advance reports and prepayment requests, verifying supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform audits of accountable individual settlements to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on a regular basis or as requested by management, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel, 1C, and PowerPoint with advanced skills in data analysis and presentation.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian languages; English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of self-organization, independence, and a systematic approach to tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, discipline, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working with large volumes of data, with the capability to logically explain and justify key performance indicators.
• Proven systematic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt and react to changing situations.
• Excellent time management skills, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and meeting deadlines effectively.
