We are representing a client, an international product-based IT company in the gambling industry, actively seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Determine target sources and execute effective marketing campaigns across various media channels.
- Oversee forecasting processes, budget company campaigns, ensure ongoing profitability control, and provide regular reporting to achieve KPIs and goals.
- Create terms and models for the partnership program, collaborating with existing partners.
- Analyze the audience, optimize and enhance advertising campaign metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPI, LTV, ARPU).
- Analyze, configure, and optimize user funnels.
Create and manage teams in Media Buying, Affiliate, SEO, SMM, aligning with shared KPIs. - Achieve marketing goals measured by CAC, FTDs, LTV, including expanding the partner base, negotiating improved deals, and/or acquiring new partners.
- Scale product and volumes to new GEOs as needed according to plans.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of CMO or relevant Team Lead experience, particularly in digital and performance marketing.
- Substantial experience in the gambling industry.
- Expertise in working with EU and CA markets.
- Experienced user of analytical tools such as Search Console, Google Analytics, and similar web applications.
- Deep technical understanding of implementation tracking.
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
