We are seeking a People Partner with 3+ years of commercial experience. People Partner is responsible for the entire people lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding and every touch point in between) by providing HR services to company employees. This role is dedicated to making the employee experience at Speed & Function better.

What you’ll be doing:
- Onboarding and offboarding of department employees;
- Process for ED team members;
- Feedback Surveys and Data Analysis;
- Regular Review of Incoming Requests;
- HR Chats Creation for New Team Members;
- Entering and updating employee card data, Create tasks, ping, and control the execution of tasks by employees;
- Cover all stages of the Performance Management Cycle: goal setting, regular productivity checks, involvement, support, and feedback;
- Satisfaction and Mood Monitoring;
- Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with department members to monitor satisfaction and address any concerns;
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Department to align HR initiatives with departmental goals and strategies;
- HRM PeopleForce;
- Preparing and conducting HR surveys to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
What you need to succeed:
- Actual experience in People Partner’s role, or solid background in HR or recruitment;
- Experience in tech industry, or close industries, for better understanding of mindset;
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and theories related to talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management;
- Familiarity with the tech industry or related fields to better understand the professional culture and mindset;
- Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management;
- Basic project management skills necessary for overseeing HR initiatives from conception through implementation;
- Skilled at asking insightful questions for effective interviewing and coaching, aimed at gathering essential information and fostering personal growth;
- Ability to comprehend different perspectives, recognize emotional states, and establish genuine connections;
- Proficiency in setting the tone and maintaining morale to promote a supportive and goal-oriented workplace;
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on making informed, data-driven choices;
- Experience in resolving conflicts effectively, maintaining workplace harmony, and ensuring employee well-being;
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to the geographic location of the organization;
- Comfort with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and familiarity with modern software tools used for HR management.
What we offer:
- Location: Full-time remote;
- We have telecommuting flexibility with significant Eastern time zone overlap (ET / New York);
- You might need to come for occasional visits to our locations in Philadelphia and Europe;
- We may also be able to provide you with relocation assistance if you are interested in Philadelphia as a place to live;
- Hours are flexible but may require availability outside standard business hours;
- Compensation and incentives depend on experience and will be determined during the hiring process.
Location and Team Collaboration
This is a full-time remote position, with the possibility to transition to full-time depending on mutual agreement and business needs. You can work from your preferred location with occasional on-site collaboration at various offices, including Budva, Philadelphia, etc. Working hours are flexible but should overlap with our core locations in ET, CET, EET time zones.
