● High level of organizational skills;

● English level: Intermediate or higher.
● Conduct employee onboarding and adaptation;
● Provide support to employees in various HR related topics (сompensation&benefits);
● Communication with employees (resolve issues and problems);
● Support of corporate culture;
● Be part of the organizing team for internal events.
