SPD-Ukraine is looking for Manager Assistant to join our team.

Our client is a financial data provider and software company with offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Seattle. Serving clients not just in America, but in Europe and Asia, we provide thousands of global business professionals (HP, Samsung, Deutsche Bank, and others are amongst them) with comprehensive data on the private and public markets to help them discover and execute investment opportunities with confidence. This is a SaaS company, multiple CODІE Awards winner, that is frequently mentioned in popular media (TechCrunch, GeekWire, Forbes, Business Insider) and referred to in “Silicon Valley” TV series.

Few words about SPD-Ukraine

At SPD-Ukraine, great people create great software. Our story started in 2006 with a couple of very motivated people and a small apartment. Those were the right people at the right place.

Now the team of 500+ cool specialists continues to write our story. Located in Ukraine (Kyiv, Cherkasy), we create products used by people all over the world. And what we do is what gets us out of bed in the morning.

The person we’re looking for:

• experienced PC user, Google services (documents, spreadsheets, etc.) in particular;
• excellent communication skills;
• English at least Upper-Intermediate level;
• ability to work independently;
• accountability and attention to detail.

• work with statistical data on project and HR team;
• communication with the teams, work with colleagues’ requests;
• work with documentation, spreadsheets, Jira, HRIS, etc.;
• taking part in building and renewal of HR processes;
• prepare and control project news mailing;
• communication with a client (mailing, online meetings).
