Необходимые навыки

● 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
● Experience in candidate selection, interviewing.
● Experience in direct search and headhunting.
● Ability to lead full-cycle recruitment process
● Good understanding of different IT markets.
● Excellent verbal and communication skills.
● Result oriented attitude to work.
● At least an Intermediate level of English.
