● 2+ years of experience in HR BP or a similar role at an International company (headcount 250+)
● 1+ year of managerial experience
● 1+ years of experience in the IT industry is preferable
● Business acumen: deep knowledge of general business processes, correlations, and possibly white spots
● Advanced data analysis skills to define problems or substantiate your suggestions
● Strong communication, organization, facilitation, and counseling skills
● Ability to quickly establish rapport with different personalities, build and refine trusting and open partnerships with leaders and their teams across the organization
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking, iterative environment and to adjust to dynamic business requirements

● Implement the best practices and support the delivery of HR processes at the business units
● Measure organizational health and lead appropriate employee engagement and 3R strategies (Reward, Retention, Recognition)
● Analyze HR data in the business unit to identify risks and opportunities for improvement, offer solutions
● Together with line managers help to identify, onboard, support the development of the key talents (including leadership pipeline)
● Coach the Leadership team ensuring they are delivering on their purpose and inspiring their teams
● Collaboratively partner with other functions and teams like TM, Brand, Finance, Recruiting, IT, and Employee Experience to provide integrated solutions to partners
● Guide leaders through corporate HR services
