About the role

We are looking for a Junior Legal Specialist to join our team and support day-to-day legal operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their legal career who is eager to grow within a collaborative and structured legal department.

Work Environment

The team operates in the Ukrainian time zone (GMT+3).

Team Setup

Legal Team consists of two senior Lawyers and one Head of Legal. Location of the team — Ukraine and abroad. Reporting to the Head of Legal.

As a qualified expert, You will

• Drafting and updating legal documents, contracts, and templates
• Reviewing contracts for accuracy and compliance with internal standards
• Supporting day-to-day legal operations and internal business processes
• Assisting in legal research and providing preliminary legal advice under the supervision of senior lawyer
• Managing and coordinating the signing and dispatch of agreements
• Maintaining internal legal archives and documentation systems
• Supporting other legal and compliance-related tasks as needed by the business

We’re looking for you if you have

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a legal role (in-house, law firm, or internship)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work attitude
• Basic knowledge of contract law and legal document handling
• Good command of Ukrainian and English (Intermediate+)
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks and follow internal procedures
• Preferably located in Cherkasy or Kyiv (or available for occasional offline tasks, if needed)
• We are open to junior candidates who are ready to take on operational legal tasks and grow into more complex responsibilities over time.
