We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join us as part of our team on the project that provides digital solutions for the heavy construction industry. Primary focus is on enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and productivity of construction logistics and material management.

About the role:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients to thoroughly understand their business needs, translate these requirements into clear and comprehensive documentation, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role demands a strong focus on improving project velocity and minimizing risks related to miscommunication and misunderstandings.

Team: 3 Back-End Engineers, 3 Front-End Engineers, PO.

As a qualified expert, You will:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, and long-term relationships.
• Understand and analyze client requirements through detailed discussions and interviews.
• Translate client business needs into clear and actionable business and technical requirements.
• Develop detailed project documentation, including requirements, business processes, and use cases.
• Create clear and concise functional specifications that both clients and internal teams can easily understand.
• Maintain and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle to reflect any changes or new requirements
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all parties clearly understand project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Facilitate regular meetings and status updates with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Address and resolve any communication gaps or misunderstandings promptly to avoid project delays.
• Identify potential risks related to miscommunication or misunderstanding of requirements and proactively develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Work closely with product managers to ensure that risks are communicated and managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve documentation and communication processes to enhance project velocity and efficiency.

We’re looking for you if you have:

• At least 4 years of hands-on working experience in the role.
• Great understanding of SDLC.
• Professional in data visualization using various of tools and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Result oriented approach.

Interview steps:

1) Intro call with Recruiter (up to 45 min).

2) Interview with Hiring Manager (up to 1.5 hour).

3) Interview with the client (up to 1 hour).
