About the role

We are looking for a data-driven and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team and and assume responsibility for guiding our Marketing Strategy. You will be the subject matter expert within our market, comprehending the entire client journey funnel within an IT service company. You are a strategic thinker and are keen on building, taking ownership of, and delivering growth for our Business and Sales divisions. You are able to view, understand and build on the “big picture” as part of a global company and yet thrive in the opportunity of a scale-up. As a qualified expert, You will

  • Be involved in the development and implementation of a marketing strategy that generates leads for the frontline Sales Organization
  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and events.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and other digital platforms.
  • Create and expand partnership programs
  • Enrol SPD in the most prominent industry rankings
  • Coordinate efforts and deliverables of the content team (eBooks, articles, collateral material, tradeshow materials, technology insights, case studies, webinars, infographics, blog articles, videos) that inform and educate, drive engagement, and support our multichannel lead nurturing programs.
  • Help the Sales Team create custom content for opps and clients
  • Collaborate closely with other team members, including Sales, Delivery, Lead Gen
  • Use a data-driven approach in finding, testing, and launching new marketing channels

We’re looking for you if you have

  • 2+ years of demand/lead generation background the outsourcing & offshore IT services domain, with a total of 5+ years in marketing overall
  • Proven ability to drive the creation of a variety of B2B content types, including case studies, offerings, proposals, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, etc
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing multi-channel acquisition strategies
  • Fluent English, C1 or above
  • Practical experience leading initiatives from start to finish to deliver measurable business results and execute against key performance indicators
  • Recommend ways of improving efficiencies across the marketing department
  • Proactive leadership and project management skills
  • Solid knowledge of digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and marketing automation tools

  • Experience with PR (strategy and execution)
  • Solid expertise in ABM
