We are looking for a Head of PMO to join us as part of our team.

As a qualified expert You will:

— Strategic Planning. Work closely with senior management to define project management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

— Establish PMO governance structure to ensure projects are run to a common standard.

— Provide ongoing guidance and governance through project reviews, audits, and health checks.

— Implement and manage project and program management tools and templates.

— Streamline project delivery processes to reduce complexity and increase performance.

— Oversee project resourcing, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources across projects.

— Establish a project management competency center for skill development within the PMO.

— Develop and maintain project portfolio metrics that are aligned with company objectives.

— Monitor and present project and portfolio performance to senior management.

— Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet predefined standards and customer expectations.

— Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to project managers and other PMO staff.

— Ensure that all projects are compliant with regulatory standards and guidelines.

— Maintain comprehensive project documentation for auditing purposes.

— Team Lead

— Advanced level of spoken and written English.

We’re looking for you if you have:
— PMP, PgMP, or similar Project Management certification required.

— Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

— Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

— Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

— Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

— Technical background is a plus

— Service-oriented attitude with a focus on outcomes.

— Advanced level of spoken and written English.
