We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join us as part of our team.
You’ll join our 15±people Business Development Team to work in tight cooperation with the Director of BD and Sales Operations Specialist to drive sales effectiveness forward. You’ll collaborate with experienced and highly qualified experts from different fields. They’ll support you through our various knowledge-sharing initiatives. You’ll be provided with a clear onboarding plan aimed to shorten your way to full productivity. You’ll obtain a clear career path and goals: you’ll know exactly what skills to work on to grow and become a Sales Enablement Lead. Your manager will deeply care about your professional development: you’ll meet every 3 months to discuss your progress and share feedback.
— Delivering high-quality resources (collateral, templates, and other documents), and training (onboarding, continuing education)
— Creating, adapting, maintaining and organizing external-facing Sales collateral (sales decks, offerings, one-pagers, case studies, loom videos, and other leave-behinds)
— Scripting of rock-solid messaging, customized according to the needs and use cases of prospective clients (including emails, social posts, and phone call scripts) that drives high engagement and conversion.
— Becoming an expert on the sales process (including moonlighting/shadowing Sales Managers and Tech Pre-Sale Engineers) to gain the context necessary to make your materials and training relevant
— Creating, maintaining, and organizing a sales enablement content repository to provide easy access to relevant resources, sales collateral, and competitive intelligence.
— Creating online training content that equips members of our Sales team with the essential industry and product knowledge, practice opportunities, coaching, and feedback to be successful in their role
— Planning and implementing high-impact integrated campaigns for pipeline generation including but not limited to outbound sales sequences, ABM, field marketing, tradeshows, and events.
— Owning logistics of sales onboarding programs
— Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to drive strategic alignment, campaigns, communication, and new efficiencies across the organization.
— Being flexible and hyper-responsive to the changing needs of our Sales Team when it comes to collateral and documentation.
— At least 3 years of experience in outbound lead generation, marketing, and sales role, doing any or all of the responsibilities listed below.
— A love to write. You’re great with words, you believe in good grammar, you can get a point across in a succinct and concise manner, you can adapt to write for different audiences, and you genuinely enjoy it.
— Unparalleled attention to detail, especially while multitasking — you will be doing a lot of things at the same time, and you need to be able to execute each one of them with excellence.
— A proven ability to multitask — see above — and be a team player
— An incredibly organized and process-minded, and enjoy looking for ways to improve efficiency and automate tasks.
— Experience with common marketing and sales technology, including Hubspot, Reply — Professional AI Sales Automation/ AI Sales Engagement Platform, Conversation Intelligence for Sales/ ZoomInfo + Chorus, or similar tools.
— An eager desire to learn and grow, you’re hungry to make things happen, you can listen to feedback, you enjoy a laugh, and you’re a good person.
— A passion for finding new ways to execute ideas in different channels — you need to understand and enjoy marketing and sales.
— A love for the science behind the process, constantly testing and refining the process, and messaging for incremental improvements.
— English: C1 or above
— Experienced with one or more standard sales methodologies such as Challenger, Sandler, or Solution Selling.
— Being fluent in other European languages
— Experience in a large (500+) software development organization
