And now we are looking for a self-managed and accountable HR Operations specialist, who will be responsible for process & system audit, review and proposal of new frameworks for more efficient HR process/systems workflow.

Required qualifications:

— 4+ years of relevant HR operations and data analytics background
experience in process management, using BPMN or other approach
good level of data visualization and presentation;
— Experience working with systems (Tableau, HRI systems, PowerBI, Jira);
— Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Docs Editors, Google Sheets in particular;
— Work with Analytics;
— Excellent communication skills and business acumen;
— If it can be automated, you will;
— English — intermediate or higher;
— Strong attention to detail.

— Jira Cloud, Company’s Knowledge Base;
— Tableau;
— HRIS;
— Engagement & Performance external tool;
— Gsuite;
— Miro BPMN.

Scope of your responsibilities:

— Optimizing and implementing key HR processes, following by respective people data analysis & robust reporting;
— Working extensively with HR systems, keeping it up to date and working on constant improvements;
— Be in charge of new systems review and further implementation process;
— Creation and working with data dashboards, Jira Cloud, Knowledge base, Tableau, HRIS;
— Suggest optimization and redesign of existing HR programs. Creating new program frameworks;
— Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources;
— Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities. Support data governance processes;
— Develop & maintain a data glossary;
— Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
