Was working at the Company from Feb.2025 to Nov. 2025. Cool project, cool people. But I was fired within 1 hour (all access denied) without a word or a hint on this. Later I got the info that Pitchbook — a client-just decided to reorganize a project by dismissing PO/QA verticals. So...talking about stability — think twice.

It’s unfortunate that you couldn’t join the scheduled meeting. We had hoped to communicate everything directly and transparently with all people who were involved or affected by the situation. We understand that the process still felt abrupt and lacked the transparency you reasonably expected. That’s on us.
At the same time, this was an atypical case for us — the first such challenge with a client in many years and under demanding external conditions. While this doesn’t justify the gaps in the process, it explains why certain steps appeared less structured. Our overall operations and internal stability remain consistent, and this incident does not reflect SPD Technology’s standard practices. We’re sorry the final stage didn’t go as it should have.
