We are looking for a highly efficient account manager to help us achieve our goals of developing customer relationships by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

What knowledge and experience we expect from our candidate:

— 2+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role in IT;
— strong verbal and written communication skills;
— excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
— upper Intermediate or higher English level;
— good analytical and problem-solving skills;
— good interpersonal and customer care skills;
— team player, active and goal-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible person.
— knowledge of IT outsourcing service development;
— ability to understand technical formulations;
— understanding of software development services and industries.

Responsibilities:

— Managing existing accounts, partners, solving business and technical issues in collaboration with team;
— building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
— developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders;
— clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
— working closely with the production team and analyzing current development work in order to improve it;
— preparing reports on account status;
— resolving complaints and preventing potential issues;
— carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews;
— developing quotes and proposals (for existing customers);
— taking care of client’s satisfaction;
— invoicing and tracking of timely payment;
— engage in consistent, proactive customer calls and meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth.
