What knowledge and experience we expect from our candidate:
— Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role in IT;
— Strong verbal and written communication skills;
— Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
— Upper Intermediate or higher English level;
— Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
— Good interpersonal and customer care skills;
— Team player, active and goal-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible person.
— Knowledge of IT outsourcing service development;
— Ability to understand technical formulations;
— Understanding of software development services and industries.
— Managing existing accounts, partners, solving business and technical issues in collaboration with team;
— Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
— Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders;
* Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
— Working closely with the production team and analyzing current development work in order to improve it;
— Preparing reports on account status;
— Resolving complaints and preventing potential issues;
— Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews;
— Developing quotes and proposals (for existing customers);
— Taking care of client’s satisfaction;
— Invoicing and tracking of timely payment;
— Engage in consistent, proactive customer calls and meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth.
